Signal Trading is pledged to your
complete satisfaction with our products and our service. These
are the policies you can rely upon.
Security- All transactions are handled using state-of-the-art
(SSL) encryption so that your personal information is not compromised
nor shared in any way. PayPal, our payments processor has a long
history and a solid reputation for client security.
Privacy- We do not maintain any records beyond those necessary
to service your order. Your private
information is not shared with any other party. We do maintain
your email address, and with your implied permission will use this
address to contact you about matters of mutual interest. Your email address
will be promptly removed from our list if you so request.
Shipping- We endeavor to ship all pre-paid in-stock items
within 48 hours or the
next business day. You will be notified by email if this is not
possible.
Out of Stock or Sold Items- Our artworks are hand crafted, one
at a time and we don't usually stock more than one similar item.
If the item you have ordered is already sold you will be given the
option of a replacement or an immediate and full refund.
Special & Custom Orders- Some out-of-stock items can be
reproduced on a custom basis. We will be pleased to resize rings
at no additional cost, but remember that a resized ring becomes a
custom order. Please inquire by email. Custom orders must be
prepaid and are not refundable. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns- Your satisfaction with the
workmanship, materials and condition of your purchase is guaranteed.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase
you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (less
shipping, handling and insurance) under the following conditions:
a. Special and custom orders may not be
returned and will not be refunded. These orders include,
but are not limited to resized rings, customer ordered modifications
and custom-made items.
b. The return must be received by us within 10 days after
it was originally shipped.
c. A return authorization number must be obtained
from Signal Trading and attached to the returned merchandise along
with the original invoice.
d. The merchandise must be returned in exactly the
same new, unused condition in which it was shipped, and must be packaged in
the original shipping container and packaging materials.
e. You must pay shipping and insurance for the
return. Signal Trading is not liable for damage incurred
during return shipping. Full value of any item damaged in
shipping must be recovered from
the return shipper's insurance.
f. The refund for properly returned
merchandise will include the full purchase price, but will not
include the original shipping, handling and Insurance charges
(specified under "Shipping" on the product invoice).
A Note About Colors
& Pictures on the Web - Jewelry can be very
reflective and the color of gem stones will vary greatly depending on
lighting. Silver and turquoise, for example, look quite different
under sunlight than under lamplight. Further, there are
significant differences between computer monitors in how they render
various colors. We take great care to try and present each item
shown here in its most accurate light, but please be aware of the
factors mentioned above when you examine your purchases. The
actual object will always be more beautiful than the picture, but may not match
it exactly as seen on this site.
